Getting Started
Requirements
We are required to obtain specific documents from both parties to a case, and each party is required to complete a separate Intake Package. An orientation meeting is required for each party prior to scheduling the first visitation to ensure that all parties to the case understand the purpose, standards, rules, and guidelines for professionally supervised visitation. We follow the same standards for supervised exchanges.
We require the following steps before scheduling visitations or exchanges:
Step 3: Make payment for orientation
Step 4: Schedule orientation
We must receive the following prior to scheduling you for orientation:
- Completed Intake packet via DocuSign
- Any Current Court Documents:
COURT ORDERS
Most common forms with your current court orders for supervised visitation or safe exchanges are: (1) Finding and Orders AfterHearing Form (FOAH), (2) Minute Order, or (3) Stipulation drafted by attorneys and filed with the Court;
RESTRAINING ORDERS – say “This is a CourtOrder” at the bottom
(1) Temporary Restraining Orders (DVTRO), (TRO)
(2) Restraining Orders (DVRO), (RO) are 1-5 years in duration and are referred to as ‘permanent’ or ‘granted.’
(3) Criminal Protective Orders (CPO).
FCS RECOMMENDATIONS ONLY
Not the entire report, and only the recommendations if the Court Order incorporated them
- Picture ID
- VehicleRegistration and Proof of Insurance
You can scan the documents or use your phone to take clear photos and email them back to us at 101Visitationsolutions@gmail.com Any document that is not clear and legible will need to be resubmitted.
Once all Family Case paperwork is received/processed and payment has been received, we will schedule you for your orientation session. –
The cost for orientations is $ 100 per person. Payments can be made via Zelle @ 101visitationsolutions@gmail.com
If the Residential Party needs help bringing or picking up your child(ren), you can allocate a Transport Person we will need a copy of their ID, Insurance, and Registration.
– The cost to allocate a Transport Person is $ 50 per person.
Orientation is required for all legal parties transporting the child/ren. If it is necessary for a third party to bring/pick-up the child/ren, that Transport Person (TP) must attend an orientation class prior to them being cleared to transport. If a TransportPerson is used and you’re required to pay all or part of the visitation/exchange fee, you must send the fee with the Transport Person. TP’s must provide proof of current Driver’s License, Registration, and insurance.
* If you need to reschedule or cancel your orientation after you are scheduled, we kindly request advanced notice. Please note that refunds cannot be issued once orientation is attended
Step 6 – Reports (Fees applicable)
Either party can request a report. Unless subpoenaed, reports will be distributed to ALL LEGAL PARTIES, by law.
Reports will not be processed until FULL payment for the report has been received. For Court Reports – If either party has a negative balance at time of the report distribution, the report WILL NOT be released until the balance is cleared.
